Terms & Conditions
• Membership fee is ₹9,999. Membership validity is 2 years from the date of activation.
• Complimentary stay benefits are applicable only for registered members and their immediate family (maximum 2 adults and 2 children).
• A minimum advance booking notice of 10 days is required for all complimentary stays.
• All bookings are subject to room availability.
• During peak seasons, festivals, public holidays, and special events, bookings will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Complimentary stay benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
• Food discounts are applicable only during the active membership period.
• Membership benefits may be extended to future Akshaya Farmlands locations, subject to operational availability.
• Misuse of membership benefits may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
Refund Policy
• Members may request cancellation within 3 months from the date of membership purchase.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted through the registered email address.
• Refund requests will be reviewed and processed as per company policy.
• Refund processing timelines will be communicated after verification.
