General Terms
- 1By accessing or using Akshaya Farmlands' website, registration forms, membership programs, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- 2Akshaya Farmlands reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website or registered email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- 3These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, free registrants, and paid members of Akshaya Farmlands.
Free Registration
- 1The Free Registration Program is an exclusive launch offer available only until the official inauguration of Akshaya Farmlands.
- 2Registration is completely free of charge and non-binding.
- 3Registration benefits will be valid for 1 year from the date of project inauguration.
- 4Benefits may be availed a maximum of 2 times during the validity period.
- 5Eligible registrants can enjoy a 10% discount on room bookings and a 20% discount on food purchases, subject to availability and applicable terms.
- 6All bookings are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability and a seamless experience.
- 7During peak seasons, public holidays, festivals, and special occasions, bookings will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- 8Registration benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered individual and their eligible family members.
- 9Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in cancellation of registration benefits without notice.
- 10Akshaya Farmlands reserves the right to modify or withdraw the free registration offer after the promotional period ends.
Paid Membership
- 1Membership fee is ₹9,999 (non-negotiable). Membership validity is 2 years from the date of activation.
- 2Complimentary stay benefits are applicable only for registered members and their immediate family, maximum 2 adults and 2 children.
- 3A minimum advance booking notice of 10 days is required for all complimentary stays.
- 4All bookings are subject to room availability. Akshaya Farmlands does not guarantee availability at all times.
- 5During peak seasons, festivals, public holidays, and special events, bookings will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- 6Complimentary stay benefits and food discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
- 7Food discounts are applicable only during the active membership period and during eligible stays.
- 8Membership benefits may be extended to future Akshaya Farmlands locations, subject to operational availability at the time.
- 9Misuse of membership benefits, submission of false information, or violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent cancellation of membership without refund.
- 10Akshaya Farmlands reserves the right to modify membership benefits upon reasonable notice to members.
Property & Plots
- 1All plot-related transactions, registrations, and documentation are governed by applicable Karnataka state laws and regulations.
- 2Akshaya Farmlands ensures clear titles and transparent documentation for all plot sales.
- 3The optional property management / rental partnership program is entirely at the plot owner's discretion. Participation does not transfer ownership or control of the property.
- 4Rental income projections, if any, shared by Akshaya Farmlands are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
- 1Akshaya Farmlands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
- 2Our liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- 3We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural events, government actions, or force majeure situations.
Governing Law
- 1These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.
- 2Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysuru, Karnataka.
