With hands-on experience in organic farming, crop cultivation, and agricultural practices, he has developed a strong understanding of sustainable land use and the long-term value of farmland ownership.
Beyond farming, Yasotharan has extensive experience in marketing and customer engagement, enabling him to bridge the gap between traditional agricultural knowledge and the aspirations of modern landowners. His passion for nature and sustainable living plays a key role in shaping the vision of Akshaya Farmlands.

Based in Bengaluru, Dharmaraj brings nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Known for his practical expertise, commitment to quality, and trustworthy approach, he has successfully been associated with multiple real estate developments across Karnataka.
Over the years, he has gained extensive knowledge in land development, project planning, and customer relationships. His experience includes projects in and around regions such as Nelamangala and Kanakapura, where he has earned the confidence of customers through transparent business practices and reliable execution.
At Akshaya Farmlands, Dharmaraj leads the development and real estate aspects of the project, ensuring that every venture is built on a foundation of trust, professionalism, and long-term value creation.
