Overview
- 1Akshaya Farmlands is committed to ensuring member satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for the Paid Membership Program.
- 2The Free Registration Program is offered at no cost and therefore no refund provisions apply.
- 3For plot purchases and land transactions, refund terms are governed by the individual sale agreement and applicable Karnataka state laws.
Paid Membership: 3-Month Refund Assurance
- 1We offer a 3-Month Refund Assurance for all paid members. If you feel the membership program is not the right fit for your needs, you may request a full refund within 3 months (90 days) from the date of membership purchase.
- 2To be eligible for a refund, the request must be submitted within 90 days of the original payment date.
- 3The refund request must be submitted through your registered email address to akshayafarmlands@gmail.com, clearly stating your Application ID and reason for cancellation.
- 4Refund requests submitted after the 3-month window will not be eligible for consideration.
- 5Membership benefits that have already been availed (e.g., complimentary stays used, discounts redeemed) may be deducted from the refund amount at the discretion of Akshaya Farmlands.
Refund Process
- 1Upon receiving your refund request, our team will acknowledge it within 3 business days.
- 2We will review and verify the request, including your membership status and any benefits availed.
- 3Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- 4You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Bank processing times may vary.
- 5Akshaya Farmlands reserves the right to request supporting documentation for refund verification.
Non-Refundable Situations
- 1Refunds will not be issued after the 3-month window has passed from the date of membership purchase.
- 2Refunds will not be granted if the membership has been misused, or if the member has violated the Terms & Conditions.
- 3If a Membership ID has been issued and benefits have been fully availed, refunds are at the sole discretion of Akshaya Farmlands.
- 4Processing fees, if any, charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
Membership Cancellation
- 1You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at akshayafarmlands@gmail.com.
- 2Cancellation outside the 3-month refund window will not result in a refund but will terminate membership access from the date of cancellation.
- 3Akshaya Farmlands reserves the right to cancel a membership in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of terms, without any obligation to provide a refund.
